Message: What else can I say but definitely stop, shop, and buy here. Shellye Andrus went miles above and beyond to make our home a reality. Living the better part of an hour from their sales center one way created some logistical challenges and long commutes for Shellye, and her right hand man Sunny, but they shined like the North Star in the end. We purchased a model modular so we weren’t able to customize it, but we have added quit a few of our own influences in the past year. If you are looking for your first, last, or somewhere in between home, I would definitely shop Standard Homes.

Message: We had the skirting replaced on our trailer. We are so pleased with the outcome. Sonny, the installer took his time, paid attention to every detail, corner, cut. Made sure the lines for the AC were cut in to the base. He did a wonderful job. It was a pleasure dealing with Standard Homes. Shellye was also a pleasure. Returned phone calls immediately. Follow up immediately. I would highly recommend Standard Homes. Worth every penny!

Message: I would like to start off this review by saying, if I were just rating standard homes. I would have given them 5 stars. However since standard subcontracts work. Those subs represent standard, and there were bumps in the road caused by the subcontractors. That being said Shellye and Dan were absolutely wonderful to work with and got all our issues resolved quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Message: My husband and I purchased a modular home from Standard a few months back and are very happy with our home and the whole purchasing process. The staff were very accommodating with the changes in the floor plan I wanted to make, and also quite patient with me when I kept changing my mind as to the carpeting and counter tops. After we moved in, we noticed a few little things that needed attention, which were quickly repaired. I would highly recommend Standard. I feel their integrity is outstanding and their willingness to "bend over backwards" to make the customer happy is rare these days. Excellent product and customer service.
